I would use live chat, but despite my gold membership the link is usually missing from the contact support page.
Also, can someone tell me why so many of my listings are not searchable? I’m paying close to $100 a month for this and my webstore and broadcasting, etc. Items are showing up in my webstore and booth, but not when I use the search bar on Bonanza. Gray evening gown should be pretty simple, I have a few of those but zero showing up.
Added after 3:00pm. I have hashtags in my booth categories that correspond with them at the bottom of many listings. Auto sort was putting things in the completely wrong places, taking random words out of descriptions and sorting that way. I tried putting all Red items in one category and it caught dozens of things that did not have the word red anywhere in it. When I spent the better part of a day manually sorting my categories bonanza’s computer system had taken everything out of them and every booth category was showing zero item in it by the end of the week. The hashtags seems to have fixed the category sorting problem.

You can use the share button about halfway down the item page to select Facebook for sharing. And the following link will help with items showing up in Google.

Bonanza search follows google search rules…
__No excessive capitalization in titles and descriptions
__No excess, unnecessary punctuation (#, !,)
__No boiler plate, condition, info/words in titles, ie freebies..
Your custom booth categories have # which will interfere within booth searches also…
Though I am curious why you would go all out before learning the “ropes” and ensuring that everything was ready for google shopping searches and following SEO rules… for bonanza, the booth and the webstore to work (this site does not work like ebay nor amazon and has a different set up for selling)…following google shopping rules is a must..bonanza making corrections for your feed and searchers will probably interfere with the efficiency of both searches and google feeds
PS your gray gowns do show up on 3rd page of search results for “Gray Gown”..with title punctuation corrected by the Bonz Bots

Your best bet would be to contact Bonanza and ask them why some listings are not showing up. Give them some example links when you email them.
Good luck.

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
