Send them the information (link from the PO) with the tracking information that shows it was delivered. Ask them to check neighbors and their carrier to make sure it did not go to the wrong address….which is the best option for them or you to ask the PO to try and find out where it was delivered.

They can file with the payment processor (paypal) for Item not delivered and request a refund and you will be contacted by Paypal. Present the link that shows item delivered.

Usually if the tracking shows delivery PP will not refund.

But pretty much what happens is determined on how you choose to handle the situation…

They can also contact their post office and ask them to check what the GPS showed for when the package was delivered.

Or “Porch Pirates” took the package.

sometimes packages will show delivered when it has not physically been delivered. This happened to me recently. The tracking said it was delivered and the customer contacted me and said it wasnt. Then 2 days later it showed up at her door. Sometimes they scan it as delivered to make it look like it arrived on time to save their own butts!
