buyer made 2 purchase for same item .. one with a account and this one without any info .. after i alerted buyer to prevent fraud she requested that i process the that the other payment had been declined ... so i processed order and after i processed order and item was shipped .. she requested i cancel which i couldnt .. so she cancelled both and said to me that she cancelles both because i didnt cancel it when she asked me too . item is still on its way to buyer as we speak .. amazon payment service didnt allow her to cancel order .. thank you
