1 star user feedback I ordered the wrong size earrings by mistake. I tried working with the seller as well as PayPal to correct this situation but I havce no product because I sent it back to the seller. Seller reported that it was not sent back so I didnt get refund. Seller response: We were more than happy to accommodate you and exchange the earrings for a smaller size as you had ordered the wrong size. After you filed a case with PayPal we notified PayPal that we would be happy to issue a refund or exchange the earrings upon receipt of the return of the earrings. Buyer never returned nor provided return tracking information as the earrings were NEVER returned back to us. Therefore, after the allocated time frame for the dispute, PayPal automatically closed the case due to no response from the buyer. Thank you!
