Reviewing your Booth

Reviewing your Booth

We often get emails from users asking us to review their booth to make sure everything looks ok. We wanted to share some areas that you can review to ensure your listings are visible and available for purchase!

One of the first places we recommend reviewing is your booth settings. If PayPal becomes disconnected, your booth items won’t be posted online.

  1. Point your mouse over the Selling link, the top left side of the Bonanza page

  2. From the dropdown menu, select Booth settings

  3. Select Payments & purchases

?Also in your booth settings, you can check your shipping policy and specify a return policy! We highly recommend setting a return policy. That way when a buyer is viewing a listing, they’ll know what to expect. If you select “contact seller” as the return policy - please make sure you are responding to buyers within 48 hours.

We also recommend checking your listing status to make sure none of them have been marked “incomplete”. An incomplete status means there is information missing on the listing, preventing it from being posted for sale.

  1. Point your mouse over the Selling link, top left side of the Bonanza page
  2. From the dropdown menu, select Add or Edit Items
  3. See the left side of the page where it says Item status

There are several links under the Item status section, those links are all clickable and will show you which listings are active (posted for sale), incomplete (missing information), ready to be posted (select “update your booth), reserved (not visible to buyers) or under review by our compliance team.

If you click an “incomplete” listing, there will be a red notification box at the top of the page telling you what information needs to be added. Don’t forget to save your changes!

Next, take a look at your Booth Stats page

  1. Point your mouse over the Selling link, top left side of the Bonanza page

  2. From the dropdown menu, select Booth settings

This page will show you views, most viewed item and your traffic sources. If you’ve opted into Google Shopping but have low Google Shopping views, you might check out this help page:

Keep in mind that fluctuations in traffic / sales happen frequently and can happen based on countless factors that are outside of our control and/or scope, so we cannot always diagnose that. Consider linking Google Analytics for a more detailed look.
